Shipping:
We ship USPS First Class to your Pay Pal address which takes about 4 to 7 business days after your order has been placed and shipped. We also ship orders by Priority Mail for faster delivery within 2 to 3 days. At check out you can choose which way you would like your order shipped.
*Shipping price includes: postage, the packaging materials & labor.
Your shipping price covers the labor in which your order gets ready to go out the door: picking, packing, packing materials, processing, getting order ready to go to the post office and the cost of shipping the item (postage).

Refunds and Exchanges:
- We accept returns on necklaces and bracelets, but for sanitary/health reasons We Do Not Refund or exchange Earrings.
- We will accept Returns within 7 Days of receipt - with original sales slip enclosed in your order. (Please email us first if you are returning an item) so that we may assist you with your return.
- Refunds minus shipping charges will be issued after we receive the returned item in re-saleable original condition.
- Shipping charges to return the item to us are the customers responsibility.
Lost Packages Policies:
All orders are sent out by USPS with Deliver Confirmation. All orders are shipped to your confirmed Pay Pal address. Orders are considered delivered when USPS website tracking reports that an item was delivered to address provided. If an item is lost during shipping & there is no delivery confirmation on the USPS website, the cost of item, minus shipping will be refunded to the buyer.
**Note About Jewelry - All our jewelry is handmade for adults or anyone 15 years or older. It is not intended for anyone under the age of 15.**
