Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:
- We accept returns on necklaces and bracelets, but for sanitary/health reasons We Do Not Refund or exchange Earrings.
- We will accept Returns within 7 Days of receipt - with original sales slip enclosed in your order. (Please email us first, using the contact form on our contact page if you are returning an item) so that we may assist you with your return.
- Refunds minus shipping charges will be issued after we receive the returned item in re-saleable original condition.
- Shipping charges to return the item to us are the customers responsibility.
